SPAM filtering
Saturday, August 21, 2004 CyberWEB is pleased to announce increased SPAM filtering on all mailbox accounts enterprise wide. We are now doing RBL checks with SpamHaus, NJabl, Sorbs and mail-abuse.org. Even if you opt-out of the SpamAssassin feature in the control panel this SPAM prevention remains in effect. CyberWEB is pleased to announce with the use of these SPAM filters in addition to the SpamAssassin feature we are running nearly 95% SPAM free to all of our users' inboxes. Best of all, this feature is free of charge to all customers!
Site Backup Utility
Wednesday, June 02, 2004 H-Sphere customer initiated backup utilities are now available! Allows all users to download a backup copy of all files in thier domain directory from the control panel instantly. Options for delayed backups, FTP, and remote FTP backups are available.
SPAM and Virus filter in e-mail
Wednesday, March 24, 2004 CyberWEB has now installed several anti-spam toolkits (Qmail spam patches and SpamAssassin) as well as a gateway level anti-virus scanning package (Clammail/ClaimAV) as part of the latest control panel upgrades. These tools will further enhance the quality of the mail received through CyberWEB email servers to our customers inbox.
New ticketing system
Sunday, February 15, 2004 Due to increased customer service and support CyberWEB has upgraded to a new better control panel. Cerberus will provide the customer status of their tickets submitted as well as a portal for submission at http://support.cyberwebhosting.net 24x7. Included with the new helpdesk is a full encyclopedia of knowledgebase articles pertaining to the top requested support questions.
